Fixed rate per transport by road, Spain to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or Luxembourg

Included
- Collection from the hospital, mortuary or tanatorio in Spain
- Refrigerated transport in a Dutch-registered hearse
- Two drivers, in line with EU driving and rest time rules
- Delivery to the funeral centre you designate
- Fuel and tolls
Charged separately, at cost
- Local fees, international death certificate and laissez-passer: about € 150
- Coffin or embalming only if an authority requires it in the specific case; this is then stated in the quote beforehand
- Balearic and Canary Islands: on request
- Waiting time at a mortuary through no fault of ours: € 65 per hour
Terms
- We schedule the transport once a written guarantee of payment (GOP) is received.
- Invoice after handover, payment within 30 days net.
- Cancellation after departure: kilometres driven and costs incurred pro rata.
